Return and Exchange Policy – Omnia Jolie

At Omnia Jolie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have created a transparent return and exchange policy to ensure your confidence when shopping with us. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below. Before sending any items, contact our Customer Support Team to receive the proper instructions.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)
You may request the cancellation of your order within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

Return conditions:

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and the invoice.
  • The item must be returned via the local postal service to the address provided by our support team.
  • In this case, Omnia Jolie will cover the return shipping cost.

⚠️ Items that do not meet the conditions above will be returned to the sender without notice.

1.2 Refund Process
After the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit Card: Refund may take up to two billing cycles, depending on the card issuer.
  • Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet (e.g., Pix or Boleto equivalent): Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after approval.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defect
Omnia Jolie provides a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

Procedure for exchanges due to defects:

  • Items must be returned via postal service following the instructions provided by our Customer Support Team.
  • The product must be sent in its original packaging, with the invoice and a detailed description of the issue.
  • The technical analysis of the item may take up to 15 business days after we receive it.

If the defect is confirmed:
You may choose one of the following:

  • Receive a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
  • Exchange for another product available on our website (you may pay the price difference, if any).
  • Request a full refund of the amount paid.

If the item is rejected after inspection:
The product will be returned to the customer with an explanation and no exchange will be granted.

Reasons for rejection include:

  • No defect found.
  • Evidence of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
  • Signs of natural wear or improper use (e.g., incorrect washing).

2.2 Exchange Due to Size or Colour
We do not offer exchanges due to incorrect choice of size or colour.
Each product page includes size information to help you make the best decision.

⚠️ Note: Consumer protection laws do not obligate stores to accept returns based on regret over size, colour, or model choices.

3. Order Cancellation by Omnia Jolie

We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, such as:

  • Failed payment or inability to charge the credit card.
  • Inconsistent or invalid customer information.
  • Item out of stock.

3.1 Refund in Case of Store-Initiated Cancellation
If Omnia Jolie cancels an order, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Product unavailable in stock, with the customer offered a full refund or product substitution.
